You live on a rustic farm and can still enjoy modern living comfort. The view from your apartment will inspire you anew every time, a view of the Kaisergebirge could hardly be more breathtaking.
Our apartments are lovingly furnished in a rural style and all have shower/WC, Sat-TV and balcony. The motto here is: Feel good!
The studios offer space for 2 - 3 persons and have a small kitchenette, a comfortable sitting area and a spacious bathroom.
Our apartments "Ottenhof" offer room for 2 - 5 persons and have a fully equipped kitchen, living room, separate bedroom with separate children's room and bathroom.
All apartments have a balcony with a view of the Kaisergebirge. You are welcome to make use of our bread roll service.

Please note that we have a minimum stay of 7 days in the apartments Zahmer Kaiser & Wilder Kaiser during the high season. Short stays are possible in low and mid season.
The CHECK IN would be from 3 pm and CHECK OUT until 10 am.

When booking, a deposit of 50% is due within the following 3 weeks. Balance on arrival.
All prices are exclusive of tourist tax. The tourist tax is € 1,90 per person/night.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations more than three months before the planned arrival date are free of charge,
- Cancellations three to one month in advance cost 50% of the room price,
- 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival 80% of the total cost
- and for cancellations within 7 days before the planned arrival date, the hotel guest must pay a 90% cancellation fee.
